Rumer Willis

Rumer was born in Paducah, Kentucky, United States, North America. Her father, actor Bruce Willis, was filming the movie In Country (1989) at the time. Her mother, actor Demi Moore, hired a cameraman to video tape her birth.

Willis is very good friends with Dakota Johnson, daughter of Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson as well as Riley Keough, Elvis Presley's granddaughter. While she has also been spotted spending time with Lindsay Lohan, Hayden Panettiere, Morganne Heinz, and Antonella Barba, Willis has begun to make the "Young Hollywood" rounds since dropping out of the University of Southern California, thrusting her further into the spotlight.

Her two younger sisters Scout LaRue Willis (b. 1991) and Tallulah Belle Willis (b. 1994) have also appeared in many of their parents' films in minor roles. Her best friend is Jessica Szohr who is well known for her role on Gossip Girl.

In December 2002, Willis enrolled as a freshman at the Interlochen Arts Academy, in Interlochen, Michigan. In January 2004, she enrolled as a sophomore at Wildwood Secondary School in Los Angeles, California. She briefly attended the University of Southern California, but dropped out by winter 2006-2007 to pursue her singing and acting career by taking classes.
